As a word of warning don’t buy cars in Lima ohio. Its close to UNO tech school and for fun the students there buy cheap cars beat them to shit and then sell them before they leave the school

This is what happens when there are no safety inspections. Cars like this are everywhere in the Midwest with no legal means to get them off the road.
